I have attempted to email this company 2-3 times, and have attempted the live chat. Initially, I ordered a size 6 ring for my Wife. It arrived promptly, but we discovered it was too small. I attempted to return the product via the websites return policy, and the return would not submit. I figured it was an error on my part and went ahead and ordered a new ring while I waited. A new ring arrived, I had ordered 1 size larger than previous, immediately we knew this ring was even smaller than the original. Again, I attempted to contact the company, with no response. Again, I tried to return, now both rings, with zero success. I again tried to co tact the company through email, no response. Now, I am sent this email to review their product. The product itself seems fine minus the sizing issues, and the customer service is absolutely horrible. I am unable to return 2 wrong sized items, and cannot even get ahold of anyone at the company. Extremely disappointed
